A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your service total at the time of your visit. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A 10-minute grace period is extended for late arrivals. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may require rescheduling, and the deposit may be forfeited to account for the reserved time. These policies are in place to respect scheduled appointments and maintain availability for all clients.
